The real on a wet and windy day.

Modelled on a brighter one.

and the moon light.

Goytre Wharf

Just after parking up, we had to shelter from a heavy rain shower.

But it passed over quickly, so on to the canal side walk, the Brec Mon Canal

It is spring then?

And the blue sky was back

Funny place to find a throne.

The tunnel we hid in from the rain on our arrival.

And so on to lunch.  This was our first sit down eat out for 18 months, almost to the day.

A May Storm

Yesterday saw three flowers decapitated by the wind and rain.

Today there is a 44 mph wind from the west expected at 2 pm. So, a recue in order.  The rest of the garden has been battened down, its equivalent of our own lockdown.
