Visit to Cardiff Bay

 

The reason for our visit, a must attended  appointment  with the immigration agent to take Gek's bio data for her Indefinite Leave to Remain visa, the last step in the application.  Phew.  Now the wait for the result which could be up to 6 months from now.   But at least Gek is now in the country legally.

Of course, being just a tad early, we took the opportunity to stretch our legs, down to the Bay.  The Norwegian Church is still there.

B & W House Refurbish

 

A start on the front half.

Seventh Escape off Campus, Twmbarlwm

 

The last escape of 2020.  It was fortuitous that we took this day to escape.  A couple of hours after returning home, Wales went to an unplanned  lockdown. Up there is 419 metres above sea level.

It was rather mistly but we could just about make out the coastline to the south west

and south toward Clevedon and Portishead in Somerset, some 30 miles away.

We did not linger long, a chilly breeze there was.

A new set of cuddler cushions to complement the calming painting.   Gek has been busy again.

Feeder Relocate

 

Following a visit by Mr. Rat, the decision was made to move the feeder up between the hedges.  One of the first to find the new location was Mr. Robin.

House Refurbish

 

The house undergoing an overhaul,

to include a window with a dragon and phenix profile taken from a Chinese paper cut.

Finally. got round to fitting the windows properly after xxx years.
