We took a few days out to visit Gek's apartment in Penang. Needs bit of work to make it habitable. Our next project!!!! Great location, between the airport and the bridge with the main long distance bus station just up the road. We took a luxury coach back to Singapore with only 18 seats. The seats are like armchairs and adjust to a bed. And only $30 US, bargain.
KL's old railway station. The colonial style, recently renovated. Very smart. There is a small museum to the side with odd bits of railway stuff and some wonderful old photos.
