Hakodate - Architecture

Older wooden buildings in the city are made from wood (well they would be wouldn't they.  I must have had a beer the night I posted this), some needing a little TLC.

Even the old Government House is in the American 'Colonial' style'.

Fitted out as a museum with European furniture.
